Underage
or illegal content. Never ever promote us using resources that
contain any of the following: child pornography, preteen (model age under
18) pornography, erotic preteen photography, erotic preteen art, preteen
texts, preteen drawings and texts suggesting anything dealing with anyone
below the age of 18. Affiliates may not promote any of the do-bill
RevShare Program sites displaying child pornography, bestiality, hate
sites or sites displaying any other kind of illegal material.
SPAM.
Never promote us using any sort of SPAM. Unsolicited spam will not be
tolerated. Should do-bill RevShare Program receive complaints of
unsolicited e-mails sent by an affiliate, the affiliate's account will be
terminated and payment of all commissions will be forfeited. The
affiliate's information may be sent to the appropriate authorities.
Mass-mailings to opt-in lists may be acceptable provided that the
affiliate:
Deceptive
advertising. Don't
make false advertising of our sites. This may lead to charge-backs.
Excessive amount of charge-backs may be reason for immediate suspension.
Affiliates employing fraudulent or illegal means of generating sales will
immediately lose their account.
Non-adult
sites. You may not
promote do-bill RevShare Program sites on password sites or any
other non-adult web sites.

PROMOTIONAL
TOOLS AND do-bill RevShare Program SITES CONTENT
Banners.
Only banners designed or approved by do-bill RevShare Program
may be used to promote do-bil RevShare Program sites
Images
and content. You can
use do-bill RevShare Program sites images to promote do-bill
RevShare Program sites.

YOU CAN
add your site name or URL. YOU CAN crop them. YOU CAN take the text
out and post only the image.

YOU CAN
NOT erase our copyright notice. YOU CAN NOT erase any URL label. OUR
CREDIT NOTICES AND URL's MUST ALWAYS BE READABLE.

YOU CAN
NOT use do-bill RevShare Program content to promote any site
not owned by do-bill RevShare Program.
do-bill
RevShare Program must be able to access the pages where our banners or
content are displayed. If these pages are protected by a password (such as
a member's section) the affiliate will make sure we have access to them.
If the affiliate refuses to cooperate, the affiliate's account will be
terminated, and commissions forfeited.

AVS SITES
do-bill
RevShare Program sites may be promoted on AVS sites under the
following rules:

All the
rules in the previous and following paragraphs in this terms and
conditions page are to be respected.

Only the
content provided for advertising can be used.

The AVS
must be built with the specific purpose of promoting traffic to do-bill
RevShare Program sites.

Banners
or links to do-bill RevShare Program sites must be clearly
posted where the content is displayed.
-
No other
sites will be promoted on the same pages where do-bill RevShare
Program content is posted.
-
The URLs
of all the AVS built using do-bill RevShare Program content
must be e-mailed to together with a login.

FRAUD
Credit card
fraud is a serious legal offense. Every case will be reported to the
credit card companies and to the authorities. If a mechanism to falsely
generate signups is used, we will prosecute the offender webmaster to the
full extent of the law, and the affiliate's account will be terminated and
any commissions forfeited.

DOWNTIME
do-bill
RevShare Program is not responsible for any loss due to downtime
resulting from any hardware, software or technical failure.

OTHERS
Contact
Email. The affiliate has to provide do-bill RevShare Program
with a valid e-mail address to be used for contact purposes.
Deactivation.
do-bill RevShare Program may deactivate any account that is not
profitable without warning.
Termination.
do-bill RevShare Program reserves the right to terminate this
agreement or program at any time, for any reason. Affiliates will get paid
for all earnings generated up to that time, except in cases where it is
determined that the affiliate has cheated by violating these terms and
conditions.
